When I first spoke with Susie + Matt on the phone about their upcoming October wedding, I knew we were a good fit! They were looking for a relaxed photography experience with someone focused on capturing their wedding in a documentary way. If you ask any of my past couple or family clients, the feedback I get again and again is “wow, that was so fun!” “you made us feel so relaxed and comfortable!” My goal is to always have that feedback! My sessions are a nice healthy mix of choosing good light in our location and giving you some posing tips with letting you laugh and do your thing.

Susie + Matt are getting married this Fall at the gorgeous Wright-Locke Farm in Winchester. This farm is one of my favorite spots for a variety of reasons. If you’re not charmed by the free-range chickens and adorable goats, you’re sure to love the quaint white barn and gorgeous Fall foliage. For their engagement session, they wanted something a bit different. We decided upon exploring the Navy Yard in Charlestown, Boston, MA. This was my first time walking around this area and we had such a blast. Not only were there amazing views of the Boston Harbor, we found a bunch of other cool locations and architecture to photograph. We started out in a cool abandoned amphitheater and moved on to an empty tent, the docks, and ended with a pop of color from some beautiful flower landscaping in front of one of the buildings. Can’t wait to document your big day in October!
